Fried Chicken

Ingredients

  • 8 chicken legs (skin removed)
  • 3 cups crushed corn flake cereal
  • 1 tablespoon flour
  • 1 teaspoon poultry seasoning
  • cooking spray
  • low fat mayonnaise

Directions

  1. Mix the crushed corn flakes, flour, and seasoning in a shallow bowl or plate.
  2. Brush mayonnaise on all sides of the chicken leg, roll in corn flake mixture
  3. Spray the leg with cooking spray and place on a wire rack over a cookie sheet
  4. Bake 350 for 45 minutes. Do not turn.
